Shipping Policy

Overview

At Soping, we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time across India. This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and charges.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable. Remote or restricted areas may have limited or no delivery availability.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select pin codes).
• Remote Areas: May take 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (such as festive seasons).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹500.
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹500.
• COD Charges: No additional COD charges.
• Express Delivery: Additional charges apply and are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order from the My Orders section in your account.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to receive), the courier will make up to 3 attempts. After that, the package will be returned to the seller. A re-delivery fee may apply for rescheduling.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we arrange free reverse pickup for defective or wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, a reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
