Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Soping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • You must not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • One person may not maintain more than one active customer account.

Seller Terms

  • Sellers must provide accurate business and KYC information during registration.
  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of products listed.
  • A registration fee applies as outlined during the sign-up process.
  • Platform commission and applicable GST will be deducted from seller earnings.
  • Sellers must dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe or face penalties.
  • Soping reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Soping does not store card or banking details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. In case of payment failure, please contact our support before retrying.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Soping India E-commerce and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Soping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
